Exchange or Return of Goods

We want you to love every piece you receive from Voopos — but if something isn’t quite right, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items should be kept in their original condition. Don’t worry — unpacking or trying the product to check its fit or functionality won’t affect your right to a refund. If the item arrives damaged or becomes defective through no fault of your own, you can still request a return or exchange.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted if any of the following components are missing:

  • All original accessories and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt from the Voopos online store)

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your shipping confirmation email for tracking details. Delays can sometimes occur due to courier issues or high demand. If tracking shows no movement or you're unsure, feel free to contact our support team — we’ll investigate and help resolve it promptly.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Delivery services generally do not operate on national or public holidays. Orders placed during these times may be delayed slightly due to courier schedules. We’ll always keep you updated with tracking info and estimated delivery times. If you're ordering around a holiday, we recommend placing it early.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We offer delivery to most regions and postcodes. To confirm availability, simply enter your postcode during checkout, and available delivery options will be shown. If your area isn't covered, our team will notify you promptly to arrange an alternative solution.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is available for select items and regions. You’ll see this option during checkout if your order qualifies. Please note that custom or pre-order items, as well as orders placed after the daily cutoff time, may not be eligible for next-day shipping.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
